Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States unless otherwise noted on the product page. Some oversized items such as saunas, hot tubs, and large wellness equipment may require freight shipping — any applicable costs will be clearly displayed on the product page before checkout.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Standard Delivery Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Freight shipments for larger items may take 2–4 weeks depending on your location and the item. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Freight Deliveries Large items are shipped via freight carrier and delivered curbside. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.
